Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert flyer for the Grateful Dead appearing with Andrew Staples at the Old Cheese Factory in San Francisco, CA on 11/12/1966. 

Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 186 (plate 2.185). 

Thin flat stock flyer is in decent (B/B-) condition; there is a 1/2 x 1" brown tape residue mark in the upper left corner, along with a fairly decent-sized nail hole in the top right corner tip, a large soft diagonal bend in the upper left corner/margin, a tiny drag tear and soft tape pull in the bottom right margin, staple holes and tape stain spots in the bottom left corner tip, a bit of edge creasing, a few soft light stains hiding wiythin the image area, light handling wear and a couple of soft pulls on the reverse, otherwise OK... still a presentable, if somewhat worn example of this late-'66 Mouse/Kelley image for a one-off local gig by the Dead (one of only a very few events held at the venue).
