Original 1st printing 13 x 22" concert poster for Jefferson Airplane appearing with the Grateful Dead and Fleetwood Mac (with Jeremy Spencer and Peter Green) at the Carousel Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 6/7-9/1968. (*apparently each band headlined separate nights- the Airplane on Friday, the Dead on Saturday and Fleetwood Mac on Sunday)
Art by Patrick Lofthouse, image ("Medals") is featured in the Art of Rock on page 182 (plate 2.172).
Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; there is a soft 3" diagonal bend in the upper right corner, along with a few soft pinch creases scattered along the upper margin area, a trace of surface dirt and a few very well-camouflaged handling/edge dings here and there, otherwise fine.
