Description
Original 1st printing 17&1/8 x 23&1/8" concert poster for the Cosmic Car Show, a multi-act concert and car show featuring Charley Musselwhite and the South Side Sound System, Mount Rushmore, Mother Earth (featuring Tracy Nelson), Second Coming, Anonymous Artists of America, Melvyn Q. (Watchpocket) and Pyewacket, held in Muir Beach, CA on 9/2/1967.
Art by Stanley Mouse, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 221 (plate 2.298).
Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; multiple pin/staple holes (each corner), a bit of edge creasing, a couple of well-hidden soft bends and a few stray pinch dings hiding within the image area, a touch of toning, multiple tape pulls/marks on the reverse and a soft diagonal crease in the upper left corner of the image area, otherwise fine.
