Original 1st printing 7 x 11" large concert handbill/flyer for the P.H. Phactor Jug Band appearing at the Matrix in San Francisco, CA from 2/22-27/1966. 

 Artist unknown/not credited, thin flat stock handbill is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; there are pieces of clear tape along the top/bottom margins, along with a small diagonal crease in the top right corner tip, a hint of toning, a few slight bends scattered along the right margin, light handling wear and a tiny pin-prick spot on the reverse, otherwise fine.
