Description
Original 1st printing 18&1/2" diameter round concert poster for Moby Grape appearing with the Hourglass (featuring Duane and Gregg Allman) and Mt. Rushmore at the Kaleidoscope in Los Angeles, CA from 5/17-18/1968.
Art by Mortimer, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 280 (plate 3.78) and is # 10 in the Kaleidoscope series.
Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; there are a couple of small thin bends scattered around the outer margin area at 4:00, 8-9:00 and 11-12:00, along with a touch of toning, a tiny edge nip at 8:00 (sealed on the reverse), a couple of very soft pin-prick spots lurking within the image area and a small spot and a bit of pencil scratch on the reverse, otherwise fine.
