Description

Original 1st printing 11 x 17" benefit (*for the Texas Runaway Hotline), held at the Austin (TX) Opera House on 10/5/1984,  featuring appearances by Michael Martin Murphey,Jerry Jeff Walker, Gary P. Nunn, Ray Wylie Hubbard, B.W. Stevenson, Rusty Wier, Bobby Bridger, Geezinslaws, the Lost Gonzo Reunion and MC Steve Fromholz.

Art by JFKLN (Jim Franklin), medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; there are tack holes (all four corners) with a a soft horizontal/diagonal roll crease along the bottom margin/border, a couple of small edge tears scattered around the outer margin area, a bit of light handling wear, a slight amount of surface dirt/toning and a series of very thin horizontal roll creases traversing the image area, otherwise fine.

Very uncommon mid-'80's "Cosmic Cowboy" benefit poster from Austin with a great JFKLN design.
