Original 1st printing 14 x 17" concert poster for It's A Beautiful Day appearing with Big Mama Thornton and Country Weather at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 2/14-16/1969.

 Art by underground comix legends Robert (R.) Crumb and Gilbert Shelton, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 111 (plate 2.27).

 Medium glossy-coated index stock poster (printed by Rip Off Press) is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; really nothing more than a couple of tiny corner-tip creases, a stray soft pinch ding or two and a whisper of light surface wear (a few tiny "rub" marks and razor-thin scratches), otherwise it is a VERY sharp/crisp example of Crumb & Shelton's classic "Jukebox" image from the Soundproof series.
