 Medium-thick flat index stock proof sheet is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; the only real issue is a bit of pen scratch from the print shop in the lower right corner ("SA") and a tiny handling ding or two- other than that, this example is in tip-top shape.
