Original 1st printing 14 x 22" cardboard letterpress concert poster for  the July 1966 schedule of concerts/dances held at the Roof Garden Ballroom in Arnolds Park, IA.

 In addition to listing a host of local area bands ("the Fabulous Flippers, "7 Sons & the Viscounts", "the Jags", "the Wonders", "the Scavengers", "the Epicureans", "Just Us"), the poster features national/international acts from California (the Turtles and the Beau Brummels) and England (the Mindbenders).

 Designer/printer unknown/not credited, extra-thick flat cardboard stock poster is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition;  ther poster is evenly toned, with tack/pin/staple holes in all four corners and in the top/bottom center margins, a couple of slightly crunched corner tips, a pair of small tears on the right side of the poster (just to the left/right of the Turtles photo), a couple of well-camouflaged soft bends, a couple of VERY light pulls and a bit of pen scratch on the reverse ("Kraft Music Store, Spencer, Iowa, 1966"- presumably where the poster was originally displayed), otherwise OK...

 REALLY neat-looking pre-psychedelic cardboard "teen dance" poster from the Midwest, a very nifty artifact indeed!
