Original 1st printing 4&7/8 x 6&1/4" concert handbill for the Mothers of Invention (featuring Frank Zappa) appearing at the Phoenix Star Theatre in Phoenix, AZ on 5/4/1968.

 Design by C. Gately, medium flat index cardstock handbill is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; there are tack holes in all four corners, along with a couple of tiny stray staple holes scattered around the image area, a semi-soft vertical bend along the left margin, a few tiny pin-prick surface dings and a decent-sized tape pull on the reverse, otherwise fine.

 Pretty uncommon early-'68 Zappa piece, first one of these I have come across.
