Original 1st printing 15&1/2 x 23&1/8" event poster for "The End of the War", a Diggers-sponsored event held at the Straight Theater in San Francisco, CA on 11/5/1967.

 Artist unknown, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 199 (plate 2.219).

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; aside from a light amount of handling wear, a thin 3&3/4" diagonal bend in the lower left corner/margin, a few tiny edge creases and a touch of toning going across the reverse bottom margin, this example is just about as nice-looking as any I have seen. The photo in the Art of Rock poster doesn't really do this poster justice, the colors are MUCH more saturated in person.
