Original 1st printing 1&1/2 x 3&3/4" matchbook cover and 6 x 2&3/4" unused bank check (from Bank of Tokyo, San Francisco) for the Family Dog (c.1966, the check has the original 1836 Pine Street address).

 Designer unknown (FD logo by Wes Wilson), thin card stock matchbook is in used (B-) condition; there is a fairly heavy amount of creasing/staining and the book has been glued to a piece of card stock for stability; the check ("The Family Dog 1836 Pine, San Francisco, CA"  is in near mint (A-) condition; aside from a couple of ultra-light handling dings, it is pretty much as clean an example as you can expect to find.

TOTALLY COOL pair of early Family Dog artifacts from the very earliest days!
