 Designer unknown, the alternate poster image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 270 (plate 3.50).

 Medium-thick flat stock flyer is in SUPERB mint/near mint to near mint (A/A- to A-) condition; aside from a nearly-invisible tape pull on the reverse and a whisper of surface wear, this example is pretty much as clean/sharp as they come.
