Original 1st printing 16 x 26&1/2" concert poster for Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) appearing with Albert King and Pacific Gas & Electric at the Shrine Exposition Hall in Los Angeles, CA from 5/2-4/1968.

 Art by Rick Griffin and Victor Moscoso, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 277 (plate 3.69) and is part of the Pinnacle/Shrine series.

 Medium-thick glossy-coated index stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; there is a small 2" diagonal crease in the lower left margin/corner, along with a light amount of surface wear (a few light scuffs and thin scratches) and a couple of tiny corner-tip bumps/edge dings, otherwise it is a SPECTACULAR example of this whimsical original 1968 Big Brother concert poster from the earliest days of the underground comix era.
