Original 1st printing 14 x 20" concert poster for the Charlatans appearing with the Sparrow (featuring John Kay of Steppenwolf) and Canned Heat at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 4/7-8/1967.

 Medium flat index stock poster is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; there are tack holes in all four corners and just above the "F" of "Fri.", along with a couple of semi-pronounced bends traversing the "Charlatans" logo and along the top margin, a soft diagonal bend in the lower right corner, a 1/2" hard bend in the top left corner tip, a few stray handling marks and a thin stress bend or two and a hint of light surface wear- definitely not perfect, but still not too bad-looking.

As an added bonus, this example has been HAND-SIGNED (in blue ballpoint pen) by Charlatans singer/drummer/guitarist Dan Hicks ("Dan Hicks '88")
