Official Third Man Records-issued 2nd printing 18 x 24" concert/event poster for the 1969 Ann Arbor Blues Festival, held at Festival Field in Ann Arbor, MI from 8/1-3/1969. The lineup included: B.B. King, Jimmy "Fast Fingers" Dawkings, Fred McDowell, St. Louis Jimmy Oden, Junior Wells and J.B. Hutto and the Hawks (8/1, evening), Luther Allison & the Blue Nebulae, Clifton Chenier, Sleepy John Estes, Roosevelt Sykes, Muddy Waters Blues Band and Howlin' Wolf (8/2), Arthur "Big Boy" Crudup, John Lee Hooker, St. Louis Jimmy Oden, Roosevelt Sykes, Big Mama Thornton and Freddie King (8/3, afternoon) and James Cotton Blues Band, Lightnin' Hopkins, Son House, Charley Musselwhite, Magic Sam Blues Band and T-Bone Walker (8/3, evening).
Design by Walrus Enterprises, ultra-reflective mirror foil-coated index stock poster is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; aside from a few stray fingerprints scattered around the image area and a tiny soft corner-tip bump in the bottom right corner tip, it is an AMAZING specimen of this EXTREMELY COOL-LOOKING poster from the first-ever Ann Arbor Blues Festival.
The mirror foil paper on this poster is just about the most reflective foil stock I have ever seen, this one was not easy to capture on film!
