 Art by (and SIGNED in black flair pen by) Alton Kelley, image ("Memorial") is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 179 (plate 2.160). *this example has UNBLOCKED/ORIGINAL dates along the top margin (see below)

 Medium flat index stock flyer is in excellent (B+) condition; there is a VERY soft horizontal bend traversing the image area along the bottom edge of "Memorial" (mostly visible on the reverse), along with a hint of edge wear and a stray handling ding/fingerprint or two hiding within the image area, otherwise fine.  

 A great-looking ARTIST-SIGNED "unblocked dates" example of this classic 1968 Grateful Dead image from the Carousel.

*a number of existing examples that were distributed at the time of the shows have the days of the week (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) at the top of the poster blacked out with magic marker.
