Original 1st printing 14 x 19&1/4" concert poster for Big Brother & the Holding Company (with Janis Joplin) appearing with Fleetwood Mac (featuring Peter Green) and Dr. John the Night Tripper*, at the Carousel Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 6/20-23/1968. (*- Dr. John canceled; a good number distributed examples have his name crossed out with magic marker- this one is NOT marked)
 
 Art by Bob Seidemann, medium flat vellum stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; aside from a series of light handling bends/soft creases scattered around the outer margin area and a few stray soft handling dings and a couple of thin stress creases hiding within the image area, it is a mostly-clean example of this strange-looking late-period Carousel poster.

 These shows were about a week before Bill Graham took over the lease for the venue and renamed it "Fillmore West".
