Original 1st printing 11&7/8 x 18" mailed (with canceled 12/6/74 postmark and address label on reverse) concert/event poster for the 12/18/1974 Family Dog Revival party, held at California Hall in San Francisco, CA.
 
 Art by Alton Kelley, image ("Family Dogma") is on medium-thin flat index stock and is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are a trio of thin horizontal machine folds/creases (item was folded lengthwise in 1/4ths and mailed), along with a moderate amount of handling wear/creasing, a couple of thin creases scattered around the outer margin area, a bit of toning along the fold lines on the reverse and a trace of surface wear, otherwise fine. 

 Pretty cool little mailed FD revival party poster from the mid-'70's, co-sponsored by none other than Mouse & Kelley's Monster T-Shirt Corporation.
