 Art by Rick Shubb, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 181 (plate 2.168).

 Medium flat index stock mini-poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; there is a single tack in the top center margin, along with a bit of horizontal yellow ink streaking traversing the image area just above the bottom margin, a couple of tiny corner-tip/edge creases and a tiny stress bend/handling ding or two hiding within the image area, otherwise fine.
