Original 1st printing 14 x 22" boxing-style letterpress concert poster for hippie-folk troubadour Arlo Guthrie appearing at the South Shore Music Circus in Cohasset, MA on 7/13/1969 (*poster also lists Joni Mitchell coming the following week (7/20) along the bottom margin).

 Design by Murray Poster Printing of NYC, thick cardboard stock poster is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; this example has a roughly 2 x 4" area of  VERY soft staining/discoloration (mostly in the upper left quadrant), along with a bit of edge wear, a peeling/soft bottom right corner tip, a light to moderate amount of surface wear (a few small scuffs and tiny scratches), a series of well-placed staple holes, a few small corner bends and stray edge dings... this one was most definitely taken down from public display at the time of the event.

 VERY cool-looking low-run 1969 boxing-style concert poster from a tiny Massachusetts venue, barely a month before Arlo's legendary Woodstock performance. As an added bonus, this example has been HAND-SIGNED in the top margin (in red/pink flair pen) by Arlo himself ("Peace- Arlo Guthrie").
