 Thin flat stock flyer is in GORGEOUS near mint to excellent (A- to A-/B+) condition; just a tiny soft bottom left corner tip and a trace of handling wear, otherwise it is an absolutely UNBEATABLE example of this early non-California Grateful Dead concert artifact from the Motor City.
