Original 1st printing 13 x 22" concert poster for Vanilla Fudge appearing with Thyme on 12/15/1967, with the Rationals on 12/16/1967 and with MC5 on 12/17/1967, all three shows held at the Grande Ballroom in Detroit, MI.

Art by (and SIGNED in black razor-tip pen by) Carl Lundgren, image is # 58 in the Russ Gibb Presents/Grande series.

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in good/decent (B/B-) condition; there are tack holes with tiny rust stains in all four corners, with a 1/2" nip out of the upper left corner tip, a 1/8" nip out of the lower right corner tip, a fair amount of pin-prick age spotting/foxing throughout the image area, a light to moderate degree of toning, a soft vertical bend in the upper left margin, a few thin ripples along the upper margin area and a bit of light pen scratch on the reverse, otherwise fine.

 While this example isn't going to win any beauty contests in the condition department, it still retains a certain antique charm, not to mention that it's HAND-SIGNED by the artist. KILLER design on this piece, one of Carl Lundgren's best Grande images.
