Original 1st printing 14&1/8 x 22&1/4" (approximately 1/8" trimmed from top margin) concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with Lightnin' Hopkins and the Loading Zone at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA from 10/21-22/1966 (poster also advertises the 10/23 Yardbirds/Country Joe & the Fish show).

 Medium flat index stock poster has been professionally restored to excellent (B+) condition; aside from the aforementioned edge trimming (poster was framed at one point), there are a series of repairs along the top edge and in the upper left/right corners (tape marks/pulls on the reverse were reinforced), along with a soft handling ding or two here and there, a nearly-invisible soft pencil matte guideline along the lower margin, otherwise it is a SUPERB-looking example of this iconic early Fillmore poster featuring a young beardless Jerry Garcia.
