Original 1st printing 6&5/8 x 7&1/2" blank-reverse concert handbill for the October 1968 schedule of shows held at the Matrix in San Francisco, CA. Shows listed include: Elvin Bishop from 10/8-12, Jerry Garcia (GARRCEEAH) and Friends (A/K/A "Mickey & the Hartbeats") from 10/8-10, "Marvel" (Marble) Farm from 10/11-12, Harvey Mandel and Mad River from 10/15-17, Allmen Joy from 10/18-19, Mint Tattoo from 10/22-24, Steve Miller from 10/22-16 and Linn County from 10/25-27.

 Art by George Chacona and Marty Rice, image (full-color poster) is featured in the Art of Rock on page 166 (plate 2.118), this is a one-color (black) monochrome handbill.

 Medium flat index card stock handbill is in very good (B/B+) condition; there is a bit of toning and a couple of tiny creases in the lower left/right corners, along with a bit of light ink streaking/dirt along the upper right margin, a soft handling ding or two hiding within the image area and a trio of tape shadows/pulls with a couple of soft stains on the reverse side, otherwise OK.
