Original 1st printing 14 x 22&1/8" cardboard concert poster for the Jimi Hendrix Experience appearing (with Noel Redding/Fat Mattress) at War Memorial Auditorium in Syracuse, NY on 5/4/1969. *image was used as both a tour blank and for press materials for the Spring 1969 JHE US tour.

 Design by David Edward Byrd, thick cardboard stock poster has been restored to excellent (B+) condition; there has been a bit of touch-up around the lettering in the ticket outlet strip, along with a few corner-tip/edge repairs (staple holes filled, corner tips flattened) and a stray surface touch-up and there remains a hand-corrected magic-marker annotation ("7:30" and "1969"), a few soft surface scuffs/light pin-prick age spots here and there and a couple of small bends in the lower right corner, but overall it looks pretty sharp.
