Original 1st printing 16&7/8 x 22&1/8" concert poster for the Allman Brothers Band appearing with Dr. John and the Rockets at Crisler (Chrysler) Arena on the campus of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI on 12/9/1972.

Art by Gary Grimshaw (photos by Twiggs and Leni Sinclair), image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 394 (plate 4.192).

Medium-thick vellum stock concert poster is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; really nothing more than a tiny nip tear in the left center margin, a whisper of handling wear and a stray pin-prick ink/age spot or two hiding within the image area, otherwise it is an EXCEPTIONALLY nice-looking example of this oft-requested Gary Grimshaw ABB poster from Ann Arbor.
