Original 1st printing 11 x 17" concert poster for Patti Smith (with Lenny Kaye and Richard Sohl, pre-PSG) appearing with Television at Max's Kansas City in New York City from 8/28-9/2/1974.

Design (and/or photography) by Jay Craven, extra-thin flat stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are a few ultra-thin bends and a bit of relatively minor edge wear (a few tiny dings/crinkle creases, edge nips and a 3/4" tear in the top center margin) around the outer margin area, a whisper of mild edge toning, a few soft handling creases here and there and a well-camouflaged stress bend or two hiding within the image area, otherwise fine.

ULTRA-COOL mid-'70's punk-rock concert artifact from the legendary downtown NYC bar/restaurant/nightclub/hangout. The final lineup for the Patti Smith Group hadn't even been established by this point- Patti was still mostly reading poetry accompanied by just Lenny and Richard.
