Original 1st printing 17&1/4 x 22&1/8" concert poster for Jefferson Airplane appearing with the E-Types and William Penn & His Pals at the San Jose (CA) Civic Auditorium on 6/4/1966.

 Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; there is a piece of clear tape in the top center margin, along with a set of tack holes (all four corners and in the top/bottom center margins), a trace of edge toning, a couple of hairline-thin creases/thin bends scattered along the lower right margin, a stray handling/stress bend or two hiding within the image area and a couple of minuscule edge dings scattered around the outer margin area, otherwise fine. 

 INCREDIBLY COOL and HIGHLY in-demand Airplane poster, this was one of the first JA posters to be reprinted on a large scale (the second and third printings with red and purple lettering and a re-designed bottom half were on the market by early 1967). Presumably, the original run of this poster was quite low... this is only the third one of these that I have had pass through my hands in 29 years.
