Original 1st printing 14 x 10&1/2" oversized double-sided (NY Times review on reverse-see photo) concert flyer for the Grateful Dead appearing with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band and the Sons of Champlin at the Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA from 8/30-9/1/1968.

 Thin flat stock flyer is in decent/used (B/B-) condition; the piece is a bit toned/yellowed, with a fair amount of edge wear (particularly along the bottom margin), pin-prick spots and thin bends scattered around the outer margin area, a 1" tear in the left margin, tape pulls on the reverse side and other assorted minor issues... definitely a well-traveled example.

Conditional issues aside, still a semi-uncommon (and very cool) oddball Fillmore/Grateful Dead item from 1968.
