Original 1st printing 14 x 20" concert poster for NYC-based blues/folk/rock band the Blues Project appearing at the Matrix in San Francisco, CA from 9/7-15/1966.

 Art by Jon Adams, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 167 (plate 2.122).

 Medium-thick vellum stock poster is in good (B) condition; there are a series of thin bends and stress creases scattered around the image area and around the outer margins, along with a bit of corner-tip creasing (all four corners), a few tiny edge dings/nips/pressure creases scattered around the outer edges, staple holes in all four corners and in the bottom center margin, a few soft pin-prick age spots scattered around the outer margin area (and on the reverse side) and a few ULTRA-soft surface stains hiding within the image area, otherwise OK.

 Very presentable semi-used original late-'66 Matrix poster from the AOR. The colors are still bright/intact on this example- no fading/toning.
