Original 1st printing 14&1/2 x 19&3/4" concert poster for a series of summer shows held at historic St. Andrew's Hall in Detroit, MI from 7/22-8/27/1983.
Acts listed include: the Urbations with Flying Tigers and Steve Danger's High Voltage (3/11), Onxyx with Rough Cut and Cherubim (3/18), SLK with Changing Bodies and Non-Fiction (3/25), Black Market with the Finzz and the Lifters (4/1), the Roomates with the Samaritans and the Tiddies (4/8) and Buddy Guy & Junior Wells with Willie D. Warren and his Brush Street Band (4/22);
Design by Gary Grimshaw, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 394 (plate 4.191).
Medium glossy-coated index stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; there is a bit of minor wear around the outer margin area, along with a couple of tiny thin hairline bends in the lower corners, a soft diagonal bend in the upper left corner/margin, a bit of light surface wear, a well-camouflaged soft handling ding/thin stress crease or two hiding within the image area and a bit of pen scratch with a few scuffs on the reverse side, otherwise it is a SUPERB example of this low-run Grimshaw Detroit concert artifact from the early-'80's.
