Description
 Original 1st printing (1st Edition of 1200) 23 x 29" untrimmed printer's proof event poster for the 7/17/1967 opening of the Joint Show, held at the Moore Gallery in San Francisco, CA and featuring music by Country Joe & the Fish and exhibited art by Stanley Mouse (who did this version of the poster), Rick Griffin, Victor Moscoso, Wes Wilson, Alton Kelley and more.
 
 Art by the aforementioned Stanley Mouse, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 235 (plate 2.348).
 
 Medium-thick semi-gloss coated index stock proof is in very good to excellent (B+) condition; there is an approximately 6" long area of pronounced creasing along the upper right margin, along with a 3" diagonal bend and tiny corner-tip split in the lower left corner, a tiny nip tear along the bottom margin, a few light surface scuffs and a soft bend or two hiding within the image area, a few stray handling dings and a whisper of light surface dirt, otherwise fine.
