 Thin flat stock flyer is in very good (B/B+) condition; there is a light to moderate amount of handling wear/creasing, along with a small 1/2" tear along the bottom right border, a bit of mild surface wear (a few soft scuffs and a few tiny pin-prick age spots here and there), a couple of well-camouflaged bends and a bit of minor pencil scratch on the reverse side, otherwise OK.
