Original 1st printing 14 x 22" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with the New Riders of the Purple Sage at the Santa Rosa (CA) Fairgrounds on 12/12/1970.

 Art by Timothy Dixon (GD portraits by Stanley Mouse), image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 364 (plate 4.95).

 Medium-thin smooth index stock poster is in decent/used (B/B-) condition; there are tack holes and tiny wedges of clear tape in all four corners, along with a fairly extensive amount of corner-tip/edge wear (a series of tiny "mouse bite" nips scattered around the outer margins), a 6" diagonal bend along the upper left margin, a series of thin horizontal roll bends/creases, a few stray surface scuffs/pin-prick spots here and there, handling wear/light creasing throughout... definitely a well-traveled example.
