Original 1st printing 12&3/4 x 18&5/8" concert poster for the Steve Miller Band appearing with Allmen Joy and Linn County at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 2/21-23/1969.

 Art by (and SIGNED in gold ink by) Alton Kelley, image ("Radioactive") is featured in the Art of Rock on page 111 (plate 2.30) and is part of the Soundproof Presents/Avalon series. 

 Medium flat index stock poster is in decent/used (B/B-) condition; there is a thin 4" horiziontal tape residue mark with a small surface pull in the middle of the image area (just underneath "DIOACT"), along with a series of pin/tack holes scattered around the image area and in all four corners, a bit of mild paper toning, light handling wear, a soft horizontal wave/roll bend, a couple of tiny pen scratches arond the "e" of "Radioactive" and a few stray pin-prick spots here and there, otherwise OK.  

 While this one is far from perfect, it's still a decent-enough-looking example of this very strange Kelley image from the Soundproof/Avalon series.
