Original 1st printing 21&3/4 x 14" concert poster for the Youngbloods appearing with Screamin' Jay Hawkins and Lee Michaels at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 2/7-9/1969.
 
 Art by Rick Griffin, image ("Hopi Eyeball") is featured in the Art of Rock on page 108 (plate 2.22) and is part of the Soundproof Presents (post-Family Dog Avalon) series.
 
 Medium-thick glossy-coated index stock poster is in decent (B/B-) condition; there are a series of decent-sized stains on the reverse side, a few of which bleed through the paper leaving minor surface discolorations and tiny moisture spots in a couple of areas, along with a bit of VERY light pin-prick moisture splatter, a couple of small surface stains in the left-side panel, a partial ring indentation mark and small tear in the right center margin, a bit of minor edge wear and a few tiny thin stress bends and pin-prick indentations hiding within the image area, otherwise OK.

Conditional issues aside, it is still in presentable shape- most of the conditional issues aren't all that invasive.
