Original 1st printing 9&3/4 x 13" oversized concert flyer/small-format poster for a benefit show held for the John Sinclair Freedom Fund, featuring Commander Cody & His Lost Planet Airmen, Detroit (featuring Mitch Ryder), Up and Motor City Mutants, held at the Grande Ballroom in Detroit, MI on 9/15/1971.

 Medium-thick flat index stock flyer is in decent (B/B-) condition; there are pronounced horizontal/vertical folds (item was folded into 1/8ths at one point) along with a moderate amount of creasing/handling wear, a few soft surface smudges/light scrapes and scuffs hiding within the image area, scattered around the outer margins and on the reverse side, otherwise OK... a bit crumpled, but still presentable and fairly uncommon.
