Original 1st printing 16&1/4 x 22&1/8" concert poster for a pair of Fall 1972 Homecoming Weekend shows held at Hill Auditorium on the campus of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI featuring Commander Cody & His Lost Planet Airmen appearing with Mojo Boogie Band, Boogie Brothers (& Sister, featuring Boogie-Woogie Red), Asleep At The Wheel and John Sinclair on 10/27/1972 and Stevie Wonder appearing with Deliverance on 10/28/1972.
Art by Ozone (Chris Frayne), medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in decent/used (B/B-) condition; all four corner tips have tack holes and/or small bits of missing paper, along with a series of decent-sized "mouse bite" nips along the right margin, a few thin bends, soft surface spots and handling dings scattered around the outer margin area (and one or two hiding within the image area), a light to moderate degree of toning and the reverse side has several dark tape residue shadows, light surface pulls and a (very amusing) handwritten (in pencil) letter on the reverse side, otherwise OK.
Conditional issues aside, it's still a pretty uncommon/hard-to-find early-'70's Ann Arbor poster with a very cool Ozone design.
