Original 1st printing 14&1/4 x 20" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with Andrew Staples at the Old Cheese Factory in San Francisco, CA on 11/12/1966. 

Art by Stanley Mouse (*whom has also SIGNED the poster in pencil) and Alton Kelley, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 186 (plate 2.185). 

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster has been professionally restored to excellent (B+) condition; the edges/corner-tips have all had a bit of touch-up/repair (including a couple of tiny paper fills, sealed tears, minor in-painting) and the poster was washed to remove surface dirt, leaving behind a slight moisture warp to the paper, but overall it looks REALLY nice.
