Original 1st printing 14 x 20" concert poster for Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) appearing with the New Breed (with Timothy B. Schmidt (Poco/Eagles) at the Civic Auditorium in Stockton, CA on 4/16/1967.

 Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley (Mouse Studios), image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 262 (plate 3.22).

 Medium flat index stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; there are a couple of small pin-prick rust stains/smudges in the bottom center margin and in the bottom left corner, along with a bit of semi-pronounced creasing in the upper right corner, a couple of thin vertical stress bends hiding within the image area and a few stray light edge/handling creases here and there, otherwise fine.

 Very nice-looking gently-used example of this classic early-'67 Mouse/Kelley Big Brother image from the Central Valley.
