Original 1st printing 16&7/8 x 21&17/8" concert/event poster for the Mt. Clemens Pop Festival, a one-day event held at Sportsman's Park in Mt. Clemens, MI on 8/3/1969.

 Acts listed include: Eric Burdon, MC5, John Mayall, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker (*cancelled), the Stooges (featuring Iggy Pop), Alice Cooper, Cat Mother, the McCoys, UP, Rush, Red, White & Blues Band, Frut of the Loom, Savage Grace, the Pleasure Seekers and more.

 Art by Gary Grimshaw, medium flat vellum stock poster has been professionally restored to very good (B/B+) condition; there are a series of flattened horizontal bends and edge/corner creases, along with a moderate amount of edge repair along the left/right margins, a couple of small corner-tip replacements and several areas of touch-up (mostly around the outer border area), but overall it looks pretty good.

INCREDIBLY SCARCE and ULTRA-COOL-LOOKING 1969 Gary Grimshaw multi-act poster from a fairly obscure mid-1969 one-day "festival" held outside of Detroit. First one of these I have EVER had pass through here.
