Original 1st printing 4&7/8 x 8&1/2" blank-reverse concert handbill for Kaleidoscope (with David Lindley) appearing with Johnny Winter and Magic Sam at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 12/6-8/1968. *FINAL Family Dog shows held at the Avalon.

 Design by San Andreas Fault (Tad Hunter), image is # 148 in the Family Dog/Avalon series and is featured in the Art of Rock on page 107 (plate 2.20). This is the PINK stock version (there is also a white version)

Medium flat index stock handbill is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; there is a small pin-prick splatter stain in the upper right margin, along with a few light handling dings here and there and there is a tiny bit of pen scratch ("Angie"), a small stain/burn mark and a pair of tiny mounting tape remnants on the reverse side, otherwise it is a VERY nice-looking example of this EXCESSIVELY difficult-to-find late-period Family Dog/Avalon artifact.
