Original 1st printing 9 x 12" 1978 Arista Records Press folder (with 8 x 10" glossy photo and 6-page biography) for the Grateful Dead.
 
 Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley ("Cyclops Skull" from the back of "Terrapin Station"), thick glossy-coated index card stock folder is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; the outer folder has a bit of minor spine wear, a few stray soft handling dings/fingerprint smudges and a couple of pronounced stress creases along the spine (left side on the front, right side on the reverse), there are a couple of tiny corner-tip/edge bends along the right side of the photo and there is a touch of rust around the staple on the bio which has pressed into the interior of the front cover and left a couple of tiny pin-prick spots, but overall it's in pretty good shape.
