Original 1st printing 8&3/8 x 11" contact sheet (pre-press negative image printed on metallic gold-coated brown stock) for a pair of concert handbills for shows by Magic Fern and Crome Syrcus at Eagles Auditorium in Seattle, WA from 10/20-21/1967 and from 10/27-28/1967 ("Necromancy" Halloween show).
Art by John Moehring, thin flat stock flyer is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; there is a bit of light creasing, along with a series of pronounced smudge marks/fingerprints scattered along the right margin, a bit of smudging around the other margins with a thin strip of discoloration along the left side, a series of tiny horizontal lines along the right side of the "Necromancy" image (and on the reverse side- possibly from the press?) and a bit of surface scuffing that appears when the piece is tilted towards a light source, otherwise OK.
VERY STRANGE John Moehring Eagles Auditorium pre-press item, made even more unusual by the fact that the image sizes are slightly smaller than the final-state handbills... no idea what this was used for, possibly to make the plate?
