Original 22 x 18&3/4" 1980's-era black marker on tracing paper concept sketch (lettering/logo) for a proposed Northern California art studio called "Spiral Dragon";

Art by Rick Griffin (unsigned), a letter grade doesn't really apply here but overall it is in good/decent shape- a few light creases/bends here and there, a stray edge tear or two, a few light smudges/scuffs... this piece was salvaged from Rick's studio (along with a bunch of other proposals, works-in-progress and assorted random pieces) shortly after he passed away in 1991.
