Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert flyer and unused ticket (005675), bootleg ticket and "Pass Out" re-entry ticket (all appx. 4 x 1&1/2") for Blind Faith (featuring Eric Clapton, Steve Winwood, Ginger Baker and Ric Grech) appearing with Delaney & Bonnie and Friends, Free, Zephyr (with Tommy Bolin), Fields and Rabbit McKay and the Somis Rhythm Band at the Earl Warren Showgrounds Arena in Santa Barbara, CA on 8/16/1969.
 
 Art by Frank Bettencourt, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 267 (plate 3.42) and is part of the Jim Salzer Presents series.
 
 Thin flat stock flyer is in excellent (B+) condition; there's a touch of mild paper toning, a bit of light creasing around the outer margin area, a tiny nip tear in the lower right margin and a few stray handling dings hiding within the image area, otherwise fine.

Tickets and pass are printed on thin card stock (the counterfeit ticket is several thin pieces of cardstock glued together) and are all in decent shape- they all have tiny bends/creases and the "Pass Out" ticket (only one of these I have ever seen) has a handwritten (in ballpoint pen by Jim Salzer) cash receipt (for the band Fields) on the reverse side, but overall they are in good/very good (B to B/B+) condition.
