Description

 Original 1st printing 3&3/4 x 2&1/2" used oversized ticket stub (accounting stub removed) for Jefferson Airplane headlining the first Bullfrog Lake Music Festival, held near Estacada (Clackamas County), OR from 7/4-6/1969.

 Medium flat index stock stub is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; there is a semi-pronounced handling creases/bend between "Airplane" and "Festival" along with a bit of pen scratch (someone's name in blue ballpoint) and a "PAID" rubber stamp on the reverse, but overall it's in pretty decent shape.

 Very neat oddball late-'60's PNW concert artifact from a somewhat obscure mostly-local festival, held at (of all places) a trailer park. According to the account over at the Rock Prosopogrophy blog;

"This was a 3-day festival held outside Oregon City (about 20 miles south of Portland) on private land at Bullfrog Lake Trailer Park. Charlie Kelly (Sons of Champlin road manager) recalls that Grace Slick dressed in a Girl Scout uniform, and the Airplane started their show with three quick fireworks blasts and hit the downbeat on the four, electrifying the crowd."
