Original 1st printing 14 x 20" concert poster for the Charlatans appearing with the Sparrow (featuring John Kay of Steppenwolf) and Canned Heat at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 4/7-8/1967.

 Medium flat index stock poster is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; there are tack holes in all four corners and a few scattered around the outer margin area, along with a 3" diagonal bend in the lower right corner, a bit of light surface wear (a few tiny pin-prick spots hiding within the image area), a thin diagonal bend and a bit of wear in the upper right corner/margin, a small pressure crease/indentation on the "S" of "Sparrow", a bit of mild paper toning, a nail hole in the upper right margin and a set of tape marks/light pulls on the reverse, otherwise OK... still quite presentable overall.

A very decent-looking semi-used example of this always-popular 1967 Rick Griffin/George Hunter/Herb Greene classic.
