Original 1st printing 13&1/2 x 19&7/8" (top margin hand-trimmed by appx. 1/8") concert poster for Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) appearing with Bo Diddley, Bukka White and the New Salvation Army Banned at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 8/24-27/1967.

Art by (and SIGNED and dated '67 in black ballpoint pen by) Bob Fried, image is # 77 in the Family Dog/Avalon series.

Medium glossy-coated index stock poster is in decent/used (B-) condition; aside from the aforementioned edge trimming, the poster has been mounted onto a piece of thick cardboard (presumably both modifications were done when the poster was framed) and there is a bit of very mild surface wear/paper toning, but it's still an interesting and presentable artifact... the real attraction here is obviously the Bob Fried signature.
